I used to have a stressful appliance pair of business. Booking calls, missing calls, booking chaos, forgetting to order parts, looking up tech documents, writing model numbers on little scraps of paper. But now, thanks to the GuildUSA, I have the automatic customer loop. Let me show you how it works. Just calling my office. Appliance for a pair of American. This is Grace. Oh, got a broken appliance, huh? That's rough. Let's dive in super quick. What kind of machine?

What machine are we talking about here? Washer, dryer? I have a dryer. It's a dryer. Gotcha. Dryer. Perfect.

Okay. Now, what brand are we dealing with? Something like GE. It's a rifle. Brumple. Got it. Cool.

Now, tell me everything going on with that dryer. What kind of trouble are you seeing? It's not heating.

It's a dryer, not heating. Oh, got it. No heat. That's a big one. Any other symptoms?

Like strange noises, air code? No, it's turning on. It's tumbling, but it's not heating.

Gotcha. So it's tumbling, power's on, but no heat. Mm. Any strange smells, maybe a burning odor? No,

that's it. It's just not heating. All right. Gotcha. Thanks for sharing that. Now,

can we send a text message to this number to book an appointment? Yeah, of course.

Oh, perfect. We sent that message out. Hey, did you get that text on your end?

I did. I did. I got it. Awesome. You're all set. Now, just fill out that form in the text

to secure your time slot and a technician will reach out shortly to confirm the appointment.

They'll get notified right away. But the call is just the start of the automatic customer loop.

Let's take a look at what happens next. Mist calls was one of the biggest problems I faced,

especially while running Google local services. But now with the GuildUSA calls, bookings,

rebookings, every step automated. How is this possible, you might say? Well, that call you just

witnessed just triggered about a dozen automations. Let's take a look at the automated messages. Now,

remember, there's three perspectives here. And I'm playing all three roles during that call.

There's the admin. There's the technician in the field. And there's the customer side. Now, in most

cases, you're the admin and the technician, but we're here with the GuildUSA to help you grow

and expand your business. But what does it look like from the technician's perspective in the app?

Let's take a look. It's all here, instantly, automatically, making model, symptoms, DAX,

diagnostic, appliance, AI, expert, client, client contact, client address, model number.

But what happens when you click on them? Call right from the app message, early on time,

behind schedule, BAM automated. All the client info here with the press of a button email automated.

But what is gig history? When a customer calls, you have their entire history here, you can look

up before you call them back. And if you're a tech, you know, that's important. I bet you can guess

what happens when you click on model number. BAM, service manuals, parts diagram, service

pointers, internal notes, what happens when you click service manuals, tech docs, BAM,

service manuals. Boom. There you have it right there in the app. Now this happens instantly

from the moment the call was booked. And remember, the call was automated. Your phone never rang.

It happened instantly, automatically. Do I dare press parts diagrams?

You have all your part numbers right here in the parts diagrams. And that's going to tie into

the automated part look up and automatic part ordering. Remember, all this happens the moment the call

was booked and your phone never rang. The AI answered the phone. The AI booked it. The customer

put in all the information. Remember, the customer got their messages automatically.

The technician got all this instantly. The moment was booked. What do we have here now?

Repair help. Oh, what do we got here? Check thermal fuse number one. Number two, examine heating

helmet. Number three, evaluate high limit thermostat. Number four, test cycling thermostat. Number five,

inspect power cord connections. But what happens when we click on them? Well, let's look at heating

helmets. It's most likely heating them with a dryer, no heat, right? We have all the diagnostic

steps laid out. And look at this, all the tutorial videos we have here, we have the internal notes,

we have Reddit, and we have our internal guild chat, easy repair videos. Boom, all your favorite

YouTubers right here, everything that you need to train your tax in advance to succeed. But the

GuildUSA and the automatic customer loop is truly end to end automation from phone answering

to training tax to automated part ordering automated estimates and invoices all diagnostic

on board help everything you could possibly need for an end to end automation for an appliance

repair business. But stay tuned. There's more to come here. You got to see how the estimates

and invoices were kind of part ordering works, how the client rebooks. And you got to see

the client's perspective, but there's a whole back end for the administrator where you can,

you know, manually adjust your schedules, manually keep track of your metrics and your times and

your training of your whole crew. But we're going to help you scale your business end to end

and automate it. So you can be off in Mexico, sipping margaritas or off skiing or off fishing

or diving with your friends. Surfing is what I like to do. Get out and get some people. It sure

is a beautiful day. Automate your appliance repair business at guildusa.com. Get out and get it.
