Set appliance repair booking hours
Give GuildUSA your open times. Customers can then book into the hours you choose. Each tech can set their own schedule too.
How to set technician hours and arrival windows
Open the Weekly Schedule settings.
Go to your profile and open Weekly Schedule. Pick the day you want to change.
Set an arrival window.
Choose the start and end time. Mark uses two-hour windows in the video. Use the times that fit your shop.
Add booking windows for each workday.
Add another window for that day. Repeat for the other days you work. You can turn days on or off.
Check AM and PM.
Noon is 12 PM. Midnight is 12 AM. Give both ends of each window a quick check.
Save each technician’s weekly hours.
Save the changes. Have each tech set their own hours so the calendar fits your team.

How do I schedule appliance repair jobs?
Start with the days and arrival windows your shop can offer. Save them in Weekly Schedule. GuildUSA uses those open times when customers book. Each tech can set their own hours.
Can customers book a return visit themselves?
Yes. After you send the repair estimate, the customer approves the work and picks a return time. Booking uses your hours and the part’s estimated arrival. The Part Wizard video shows the full return flow.

I'm gonna go to my profile I'm gonna set my my times here weekly schedule right here gonna edit that and this is where I set my times okay anytime we do two hour intervals arrival windows for clients so so yeah we set five a day every day you set the independently for each day you set these times so if you want to start at 8:00am you'd put in eight 0 and then am um for Tuesday and then you'd put 10 to ten am right and then I'd add another time slot
and then I'd go in here and I'd do 10 0:00am to 12 0:00am am then I'd add another one here this is just for Tuesday I do this for every day now your technicians as you add them will each set their schedule they can turn on and off their schedule so here I do this one too 0 now you can set these to anything you want any time intervals but these are time slots right we do two hour time slots again so this should be four 0 oh I'm sorry that's PM PM PM um
and then I would go to Wednesday and I'd set the schedule for that then I'd save this schedule right now all those available times will be booked hope that helped Jacob's gonna call you in a minute
