Privacy Policy
Updated October 18, 2026
GuildUSA is operated by Atlas Appliance Repair LLC (“GuildUSA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy describes personal information collected through our public websites, advertising, lead forms, program applications, appointment scheduling, and related communications.
It covers our relationship with visitors and prospective business customers. Information that repair businesses process through the GuildUSA software platform, including their customers’ records, recordings, and transcripts, also requires the applicable service terms and processing disclosures; this website policy is not a complete description of that processing.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you complete a form, apply for a program, book a call, or contact us, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, email, telephone number, business name and role, qualification answers, scheduling details, and communications.
Website activity. Our website and connected services may collect IP addresses, browser and device information, pages visited, referral information, cookie and advertising identifiers, and interactions such as link clicks, video use, form submissions, and bookings.
Connected services. We receive information through services you use to interact with us, including Meta lead forms and Calendly. The information depends on what you submit, the service, and your settings. Submitting a form can provide contact information; an ad click alone does not automatically give us your name, email, or phone number.
Website chat. If you use our AI chat, your messages and conversation identifiers are processed to generate responses and maintain the conversation. This involves an AI service provider, currently OpenAI. Do not enter passwords, payment credentials, sensitive personal information, or confidential customer records in the public chat or general inquiry forms.
How we use information
We use information as reasonably necessary to:
- Respond to inquiries, evaluate applications, arrange calls and demonstrations, and support onboarding.
- Maintain contact records and coordinate follow-up by authorized team members and service providers.
- Communicate about our services, programs, offers, and updates, subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
- Operate and improve our website, communications, and services; understand usage; and measure advertising and conversions.
- Maintain security, prevent misuse, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations.
We may combine information from the sources described here for these purposes. We may also use aggregated or de-identified information for analysis and business improvement, subject to applicable law. This policy does not authorize unrestricted use of identifiable communications to train AI models.
Cookies, measurement, and your choices
Our campaign landing pages provide separate choices for Google Analytics, Google ad measurement, and Meta advertising measurement. Those optional tools remain off until a choice is saved. You can reopen the settings using Privacy choices on those pages or on this page, and choose Reject all optional. Browsing, signup links, and booking links remain available with these options off.
The preference cookie is stored for up to 180 days and is shared across the GuildUSA domain and signup subdomain. Changing these preferences controls the connected measurement tools; it does not delete information already received by a provider.
Browser privacy signals. On pages using these GuildUSA measurement controls, an enabled Global Privacy Control signal or a recognized Do Not Track signal keeps optional Google and Meta measurement off, including when an older saved choice allowed it. While a signal is enabled, these options cannot be enabled through the settings panel.
Other services. The homepage uses Rewardful for referral attribution, and Calendly has separate privacy arrangements. Our Google and Meta measurement controls do not control those services, their cookies, or preferences on their own websites. Browser cookie settings and the relevant provider’s privacy controls offer additional choices. Blocking cookies may affect functionality and does not stop every form of data collection.
This privacy page does not load advertising, analytics, referral, chat, or scheduling services. It loads only the first-party settings control so you can manage the preferences described above.
Communications and privacy requests
You may ask us to stop marketing communications at [email protected] or use an unsubscribe option provided in a message. We may still send communications needed to respond to requests, administer an existing relationship, or meet legal obligations. Providing information or reading this policy does not by itself provide any separate consent required for automated marketing calls or texts.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; withdraw consent; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; restrict or object to certain processing; or appeal a privacy-request decision. Contact [email protected] to make a request or appeal.
We may need to verify your identity or authority for requests that require verification. We respond according to applicable legal requirements and exceptions and do not unlawfully discriminate against people for exercising their rights. An email request does not replace a browser signal or other opt-out method that applicable law requires us to honor.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, considering the information involved, our relationship with you, operational needs, legal requirements, and the need to resolve disputes or enforce agreements. We do not specify one retention period for every category of information. Lawful retention exceptions and backup processes may affect deletion.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive information through general contact channels.
Third parties and processing locations
Linked websites, social platforms, scheduling tools, and other providers have their own privacy practices. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate, subject to applicable legal requirements. The availability of a link does not mean that our on-site privacy settings control the linked service.
Children
Our website, advertising, and business programs are intended for adults acting in a business capacity, not children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact [email protected] so we can review and address it.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as our practices, services, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy and date here and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required. Updates do not override legal rights or consent requirements for information previously collected.
