Only One Man — an appliance repair music video. Watch the app tutorials below for product demonstrations.

This music video is for the owner who wears every hat: tech, dispatcher, parts desk, and office. It captures the day. The app demos show what GuildUSA can take off that list.

See how GuildUSA helps a one-person repair shop

  1. Hand off calls and office setup.

Let GuildUSA answer calls and set up the job. Your hands stay on the repair.

  2. Connect parts to the return visit.

Use Part Wizard and customer self-booking to carry the repair from the first visit to the install.

  3. Give the next tech a prepared job.

Use the documents, repair guidance, and job report to support the person doing the work.

Dix D. And the whole day changed. GuildUSA. Need a better plan. Uh-huh.

Silhou Hell但 Argentinianil.

Secret Stop. Maytag. Wash it. Follow. What born and mid surf? New PCB ordered already paid rebuilt.

I won fifty-five in the park, before I even arrive. So I text that I'm coming, trying to keep it

alive. No answer to the message, no answer to the call.writer. Both more than one. Still,

nothing at all. Pulled up, to the house, walked up to the door where eighteen year old sons,

said they don't need me anymore, said his mom bought a new wash or they already moved

Now I'm standing there holding the part, that's already gone

One missed conversation in the old job crash

The one hits different when it comes out of your cash

So I stop for what caught me first, one of the deck

Take a minute in the van, let my head settle straight

Third cause I'm refrigerated, I maintain and temp

And I know before I start, this one will be the test

Model I'm not familiar with, so while I'm on the drive

I'm searching tech documents, trying to stay ahead of time

Looking for service mode, wiring diagram

Nothing useful comes up, nothing clear to grab

Mangroids falls, tracing what I see

Trying to find the connector for the defrost

Heat of feed, then the phone starts ringing

And another Google LSA call, $30 a lead

So I still have to answer them all

Couldn't confirm the heat is lurking from the board in the back

So I opened from the inside and took a different track

Put the evaporator cover, check the heater

Restart both tested bad and this letter where the problem was at

Wrote the diagnosis, collected 125

Phone on silent, just the finish and survive

All the old man watch close

And talk through the whole call, back in the van

Now I'm checking Miss Call's voicemails text change

Trying to sort through it all, then I hear one customer

Ask them what I been and remember before what I forgot again

Had a party start winning from an earlier visit

But after the diagnostic I never went in order here

So now I'm calling Kater, trying to buy a little time

Saying parts on back orders should be here tomorrow by now

Soon as I hang up, I place the order fast

Then I call back two more leads, I miss while I was inside

Both Google ad calls, both already paid a try

First one found another company, second couldn't wait

At $60,000, just because I answer late, today was full

Tomorrow's already killed, the same to my wife calls through

When the whole day stops, says I'll take you bro, broke his arm

And the school was called, now nothing else matters

So I start making calls, tell the remaining customers

I can make it after ball, family, emergency

Gotta shut the route down, that's the cost to carry you

Too much when nobody else is around

That's the life of a tip, when you run it alone

Every route, every part, every call

I can diagnose some machine, I can trace every face

But I cannot be everywhere, on every day

I heard about, give USA

Maybe you too, maybe sales

Maybe you too, laid it past on my mind

Like one more detail

But when the day starts breaking in six different ways

You learn that good systems matter

Just as much as skill and trade

Gilled USA, should've made the change

For XD

And the whole day changed
