Watch the Samsung washer drain-pump return visit
The diagnosis is done and the drain pump is ready. Mark and Jacob return to the Samsung washer to fit the part, test the machine, and finish the repair.
Field notes: return booking and the pump install
Return with the washer drain pump.
This clip begins at the repair stage. The team already knows which part the washer needs.
Install the pump and check the washer.
The tech installs the pump and checks the machine. Software handles the setup; the tech still does the repair.
See how the customer books the return.
The Part Wizard walkthrough below shows the estimate, part details, and customer booking flow that connect two visits.

OK, so it's Mark with the GuildUSA and finds a pair of American again here and Captain Jake. So two days ago, we were getting on site repair with replacing rollers and a Samsung dryer and the belt and the idler pulley. And while we were there, we also diagnosed his washer that it needed a new drain pump and we're on our way to complete that repair now by installing a new drain pump. And as always, everything was automatically built.
For us, the client automatically booked the client when he booked his revisit. He approved his estimate with the part included. As soon as he approved that, the part was automatically ordered within the app and it arrived on time. So we're off there. Maybe I'll get a little footage of that to help you out. But you know, if you're on the grind here as an appliance repair, you can make it a lot easier with the GuildUSA.com.
You won't be up all night looking up tech docs, writing estimates, tracing checks down and attaching the estimates.
Trying to make sure you order those parts, everything's automated from the phone call to the end. Get out and get it, people.
We just finished up that first one. It was pretty straightforward. The diagnostic was correct. We, Jacob, did a little gymnastics there to get the pump changed because, you know, it's not the way we train guys, but we wouldn't post a how-to video on it. But we didn't have a shop back on us and that it was still filled with some water. So we tilted it forward.
And got the pump housing and pump out that way. And it came out totally dried. There's just a couple drops on the floor. So it worked. Anything to add to that repair, Jake?
Well, it was harder on the bazzy, easier on time. Instead of doing harder on time and easier on the body, could have spent an extra 40 minutes, shop back, sucked it all out, you know, disconnected the water, flipped the machine on the back or, as Mark said, do some gymnastics, you know, get upside down, save 40 minutes, you know, as well, if you're working upside down and the water flows down.
And the machine's right side up, but you're upside down. The water flows up. So it works out.
Get out and get it, people. You heard it. Get out and get it.
