so about two years ago little more than two years ago i'm on my back stranger's kitchen working on their dishwasher and i have a wrench on the water inlet hose but it's not one of those flexible hoses it's one of the hard copper ones so you gotta be really careful so i'm working the wrench to get that off so i can replace the water valve the customer standing over the top of me like hovering it's this old guy and he wants to watch everything i do and you know how it is if you're a tech
and the phone rings and i'm running google ads so i gotta pick up the phone so you know between the distractions my wrench slipped and i cracked my knuckles on the side of the sheet metal and my knuckles start bleeding i'm like shit and then the guy's talking to me and the phone call drops right so later when i wrap that up and i write the invoice and the estimate i collect the check from the customer i'm in my vehicle and i go to call that customer back
that called while i was on my back and they had already found someone else to service them cause as you know it's it's all a uh anyways i was by myself i'm doing all these repairs and going through all the the headaches of managing the business at the same time while doing five to six repairs a day now i'm on my way to um and i have a field of four technicians in the field so i'm gonna be out there skiing with my friends i was in mexico like two months ago
sipping margaritas by the beach it's great cause we made the GuildUSA and you can go to the GuildUSA dot com and that's a software designed to automate your entire appliance repair business from end to end from answering the phones i mean my phone never rings ever again i never get annoying phone calls it gets answered automatically by the ai it books them you know this is nothing new you've heard of this already but this is all built in a complete app right
so books it the it automatically sends messages to the techs to the customer to me while they're in the field it orders parts for them it automatically creates the estimates and the invoices for them it the the customer approves it autos the parts so no parts are ordered until they're approved by the customer and they sign the terms of agreement then they're rebooked automatically so end to end the whole thing and i never miss ordering a part i never miss rebooking ever again
um it's all automated all the phone calls everything from end to end and we're the only true fully automated software out there i mean you might be using jobber already or work is or front door pro or service titan or any one of these and none of them compete with what we have going we know this cause you know we're techs and we built it so anyways go to GuildUSA dot com so what are you waiting for go to the GuildUSA dot com you can even test out our phone answering service
on there you can talk to it and book an appointment with me or one of my partners to see if you qualify as a founding user get out and get some people it's a beautiful day working for me and the entire business is automated
